He has been working as a tourist guide since 1989. In the first few years when he started guiding, he worked with Anadol Tourism, but since 1993-1994 he has been working with an American-based tour company, Grand Circle Travel. During these years he has won a lot of awards, the most recent one being that he was rated by GCT to be one of the best among 1100 GCT guides in hundreds of destinations to 77 countries.

In between his 2 or 3-week-long GCT tours, he gives personalized services in Istanbul and Turkey for private individual and group tours.

He was awarded as the Best Tourist Guide of the year 2006 by Skalite.

VIP Guide

He is also asked to give guiding services to VIPs like celebrities, statesmen, high officials and business people among whom are Pope Benedict XVI, Princess Michael of Kent, Lord John Brown (President of the BP), Pink Floyd, Consul Generals, etc.
